Turn site visits into inquiries you can answer
Your Ethos website comes with an inquiry form built for the market you sell into: an RFQ form for global trade buyers, a simple message form for US shoppers. Every submission lands in one dashboard, and the assistant drafts the English reply — you set the price and send it from your own mailbox.
From form to reply, in your hands
Everything a foreign buyer needs to reach you, and everything you need to answer — without handing your mailbox or your pricing to anyone else.
-
A form that fits the buyer you sell to
On the global trade site, the form asks for name, company, email, country, product, quantity and message — the things you need in front of you before you can quote. If you sell to consumers in the United States, the site carries a plain message form instead, so shoppers are not faced with fields that do not apply to them. The form is protected against bots filling it in, and the number of submissions from the same address is limited.
- Global trade: name, company, email, country, product, quantity, message
- US market: a simple message form
- Bot protection, with a submission limit per address
-
All your inquiries in one list
Inquiries from your website go straight into the dashboard, under Market · Inquiries. The ones that arrive somewhere else can be pasted in too — from Alibaba.com, from Made-in-China, or from your email — so a single list holds every lead instead of leaving them scattered across platforms and mailboxes.
- Website inquiries land in Market · Inquiries
- Paste in inquiries from Alibaba.com, Made-in-China or email
-
The English reply is drafted; you send it
The assistant drafts an English reply to each inquiry. You copy it into your own mailbox and send it yourself — Ethos does not log in to your email and does not send bulk cold emails on your behalf, which in the EU, and in Germany in particular, is illegal without consent. By default the draft does not quote a price: it says a quote will follow soon, and you decide the number.
- Drafted in English, copied into your own mailbox
- No price by default — you set it
- No cold-email blasts, no sending on your behalf
-
What we do not promise
We do not promise a first-page ranking on Google, and we do not guarantee that inquiries will arrive. We do not generate batches of filler city-plus-product pages to pad out a site, and we do not quote prices for you. What the form does is simpler: it gives a buyer who found you a clear way to reach you, and keeps every reply in your own hands.
How an inquiry travels
From picking your market to sending the reply.
-
Pick your market
Choose global trade or the United States when you set up. Language, currency, ad rules and the holiday calendar follow from that choice, and so does the form on your site.
-
Your site goes live with the form
The English site carries the inquiry form. Buyers read your pages, fill it in and submit.
-
Inquiries collect in one place
Website submissions appear under Market · Inquiries. Paste in the ones you receive on Alibaba.com, Made-in-China or by email.
-
Copy the draft, send it yourself
The assistant writes the English reply. Add your price if you want to, copy it into your own mailbox and send.
