Lunelle (Shanghai Huidang Software Technology Co., Ltd.) is a software company in Shanghai. Our product is Ethos, an AI marketing department for small business owners who run their own marketing because there is no marketing team to hand it to.
Ethos reads the materials a company already has — catalogs, spec sheets, inspection reports, photos — and turns them into marketing that goes out: an English website, inquiry forms, social posts and marketplace listings. The owner says a sentence and approves; Ethos does the writing.
Ethos serves overseas markets. Global Trade is for exporters whose buyers are importers, wholesalers and brand sourcing teams: English content, an inquiry form on the website, and AI visibility checks against ChatGPT and Perplexity. The United States market is for brands selling to American consumers, in American English with imperial units.
There are things we do not do. We do not send cold email blasts or send email on your behalf. We do not promise first-page Google rankings or guaranteed inquiries. We do not mass-produce filler "city + product" pages. And we never quote prices in your name — quoting and sending stay in your hands.
We believe every small business deserves a marketing department that keeps showing up, week after week. Owners should spend their time on the business, not on figuring out what to post next.
